How do I access Searchlight?
Simply log in through your organization’s Searchlight portal. If you don’t have access, please contact your administrator or support@veristage.com for help.
Can I trust the answers?
Searchlight’s responses are based on the content provided by your organization. While AI is a powerful tool, we recommend verifying important information using the original sources.
Where does Searchlight get its answers?
Searchlight searches all connected content and data sources provided by your organization. The sources used for each answer are listed alongside the response.
How do I know how many queries I have left?
Your remaining query count is shown in the main menu. If you reach your limit, you may need to wait until your quota refreshes or contact your administrator for more access.
What if Searchlight didn’t answer my question?
Try rephrasing your question or using different keywords. If you believe there is an issue, please send us feedback so we can improve the tool.
Are my questions used to train Searchlight?
Your questions are not used to train the AI directly. However, anonymized usage data may be reviewed to help us improve Searchlight’s performance and features.
How can I use the AI responses?
You may use Searchlight’s responses for your work, subject to your organization’s policies and our Terms of Service. Please credit sources where appropriate and do not use responses in violation of academic or organizational integrity policies.
